Low-Cost Vaccination and Microchip Clinics
Spring and Summer

The Department of Animal Care and Control provides several lost cost vaccination clinics throughout the community, mainly through the Spring and Summer months.

Microchips

The Microchipping is offered at every vaccination clinics and regularly that the shelters. Click here for a current list of microchip clinics to be held at the shelters. Vaccination clinics are listed in the events calendar below.

Microchips are provided FREE OF CHARGE to any dog owner residing within the Department of Animal Care and Control's service area. This includes all unincorporated areas of Los Angeles county, as well as 50 contract cities. Click here to see if your city is within the Department's service area.

Lifetime microchip registration with the Department is included. National registration is optional and costs $6.
